Wooden kitchen spatula made from locally harvested Cedar Elm. I have used these spatulas for years in my own cooking and find them to be my go to utensil for mixing, turning, and serving. I make these spatulas exclusively from off cuts from my larger projects in order to limit the ecological impact that their production could represent. Finished with naturally food safe and waterproof Tung and Orange Oil mix. Hand wash only.
